At Delvoura, all our products are crafted and packaged with care. Due to the nature of personal fragrance items and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a product has been opened or used.


🚫 No Return / Exchange Policy

  • We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason related to personal preference, fragrance dislike, or buyer's remorse.

  • All sales are final once the order is confirmed and dispatched.


✅ Exceptions – When We Accept a Claim

We will only offer a replacement or refund if:

  • You receive a damaged, leaking, or wrong product

  • The item is missing from the order

  • You inform us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing video proof


📦 How to Raise a Claim

  1. Email us at support@delvoura.com within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Include:

    • Order ID

    • Unboxing video (mandatory)

    • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item

  3. Our team will verify and respond within 24–48 hours
